The Hotel???s liabilities for valuables are governed by section 4, innkeepers Act 1952. The Hotel shall not be responsible for money, jewellery and/or other valuables belonging to guests unless declared and deposited in safe deposits boxes provided by Hotel at the front office cashier for the purpose and shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by guest(s)and/or other occupants of the room however cause in the use of in-room, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether caused by or arising by reason for on account of any failure, defect of malfunctioning of the safe or by reason of or on account of any act commission whether negligent or otherwise on the part of the Hotel is its servants or agents.
Room amenities are provided, any item missing from your room after your departure will be charged to you or your credit card. The Hotel reserves the right to charge to you or to your credit card for any delayed charges incurred after your departure. Upon check-in registration, customers are not entitled to an early check-in refund.
